By using MagikText, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MagikText is an AI-powered text rewriting tool that helps make text sound more naturally human-written. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.
3. Acceptable Use
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit and how you use the output.
- You must comply with your institution’s or employer’s policies regarding AI-assisted writing.
- We do not guarantee that output will be undetectable by any specific tool. Detection technology evolves continuously.
4. Accounts
You may use the free tier without an account (limited to 500 words/day). Creating an account enables history, higher limits, and paid plans.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
- Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed monthly or annually.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Paid plans are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for partially-used billing periods.
- No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
6. Free Tier
The free tier provides 500 words per day at no cost, with no credit card required. Usage resets daily at midnight UTC.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all text you submit and all output generated. We claim no rights to your content. We do not use your text for training AI models.
8. Limitation of Liability
MagikText is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic consequences, content quality, or detection results.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
